Group Booking Policy

Booking Deposits

A deposit is required to confirm and secure all group bookings:

• Groups of 10–15 guests: $5 per person

• Groups of 16 or more guests: $10 per person

The booking organiser will also be asked to provide a valid credit or debit card for pre-authorisation. This is a temporary hold, not a charge, and will be released once your group arrives at the restaurant. Please note that processing times may vary between financial institutions.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your booking, the following conditions apply:

• 14 days or more before your booking: Full deposit refund

• 7–13 days before your booking: 50% deposit refund

• Fewer than seven days before your booking: No refund

• No-shows: No refund

Please let us know as soon as possible if your guest numbers change. Your deposit will be calculated according to the number of guests confirmed at the time of booking.
